125 g sugar• Dry shake it for 10 seconds.

Aroma — Citrus, floral and cinnamon.

25 ml fresh emon juice• These are the source of the glacial water, which is used to reduce the distillate to bottling strength.

The natural glacial water gives our spirits a particularly soft and pleasant flavour.

Wait for another 10 seconds and it will refuse itself.

Keep the egg white separate from the other ingredients.
